Name: The Hollow's respective name. Nick names and alias's can go here too.
Nontechnical Age: The age at which the Hollow appears.
Looks: Post a picture if possible, and if not, give a thorough description.
Personality: Give a thorough description of the respective Hollow's personality.

Hollow Type: What kind of Hollow is this person? Hollow, Gillian, Adjuchas, Vasto Lorde, or an Arrancar/Espada (Listed in order of power).
Rank: If an Arrancar, what is the number of the person? 10 and above are in the Espada.
Hollow Abilities Used: What hollow abilities, such as cero, sonido and bala can this Hollow use. Keep in mind restrictions such normal hollows not being able to use attacks like bala or sonido.
Fraccion: If this person is an Espada (no exceptions) then they might be able to have fraccions (need admin approval).

Affiliations: Write characters that this person knows/trusts/likes/has had previous experience with and who they are paired with etc.

Zanpakutou Name: The name of the Zanpakutou of the respective Hollow.
Zanpakutou Release Phrase: The words spoken to activate resurrection mode in the Hollow.
Resurrection Info: Describe physical changes, and abilities during resurrection mode.
Zanpakutou Animal Type: Optional. Most resurrections take on the appearance of an animal. If that applies, please list which animal.
