Name: The Shinigami's respective name. Nick names and alias's can go here too.
Nontechnical Age: The age at which the Shinigami appears.
Looks: Post a picture if possible, and if not, give a thorough description.
Personality: Give a thorough description of the respective Shinigami's personality.

Division: Which division does this Shinigami belong to?
Rank: What rank in the division is this Shingami. Only seated officers and up need specific ranks listed here.
Kido Known: Which kido does this shinigami know? Please simply list the kido known as if they were being cast, and press enter after each Kido is entere. Do not mix Bakudo and Hado kido spells please. Example below:
Hado number 1 - Sho;
Hado number 4 - Byakurai;

Bakudo number 1 - Kai;
etc etc;...

Zanpakutou Name: The name of the Zanpakutou of the respective Shinigami.
Zanpakutou Release Phrase: The words spoken to activate shikai mode in the zanpakutou.
Shikai Info: What changes about the sword in shikai mode. What powers does it possess, if any.
Bankai Info: This is completely optional, based on whether the respective Shinigami can actually go into bankai yet. If they can, please describe physical changes, and powers that are acquired at bankai level.

Optional Additional Information: If there is anything that is missed, please list here. This can be anything.
